AREF Partnership
In 2020 CalAHA was introduced to Aspen Real Estate Financial LLC (AREF). CalAHA was immediately drawn to their unique financing model and recognized its potential impact in serving CalAHA’s members. After learning of their capacity and experience, CalAHA partnered with AREF. CalAHA strongly believes the AREF financing model offers housing authorities an innovative and effective tool for both acquisition and development.
